Downtown and walkability - A Walkers' Paradise

Out of cities across the country, Los Angeles ranks 9th overall for walkability according to Walk Score. Surprised? We were too. We were pleased to see our neighborhood, Downtown Los Angeles, ranked No. 2 within the entire city for walkability.

So what does this mean?

In 2010, the Sustainability Committee would like to focus on issues of walkability and help foster a more bike-friendly environment. What can we do to further enhance walkability Downtown?
